People calmly walked past the Ravenmoon Bank, not realizing what was happening inside. They heard no gunshots, no screams... Nothing.
A hooded man quietly stepped out into the streets, holding a bag of cash. He whistled happily, cleaning his bloodstained hands with a rag. He dropped the rag and aimed his hands at the bank. "Boom," he whispered, an evil grin on his face. The bank blew up, shards of glass and wall flying through the air. A statue head crashed through a car window, crushing the driver inside. The man casually walked down the sidewalk, ignoring the gaping looks of passersby.

After Justin's last encounter, he was ready for anything. Well, he would be if his animals weren't crippled and half -dead. He saw the robed figure approaching. "I'm out of options." Blood Hound thought to himself. He darted his eyes around, and saw a vulture flying 200 miles above him. It soon stood up next to the villain. Blood Hound took out his whistle and whispered "Good enough."

Infrared looked at Blood Hound in curiosity. As the other people ran in fear of him, this man was standing still, just staring at him. It was not a good sign.
Infrared didn't notice the vulture swoop down. He was too busy thinking of this man. He was a sight to behold, indeed. He was dragging a fainted child behind him, and two dogs that appeared to be dead.
"Stand back, if you wish to live," roared Infrared to the man.

Justin placed the two dogs on top of the now fainted boy, and took out a bag of pills. He fed a pill to the vulture prepared to pounce. Blood Hound blew on his whistle, and the vulture swooped toward one bag of money the man was holding. It flew back to it's master and started to shred up the bag and the money inside it. A faint smile came upon Blood Hound's face.

Infrared grinned back. "That looks like fun! Mind if I join in?!"
He held out his right hand, turned it, and quickly made it into a fist. The bag of money exploded into bits, flames flooding his vision, dancing in the pale moonlight. A stray flame flew onto the vulture. It shrieked.
Infrared calmly walked up, grabbed the vulture by the head, and cracked its neck. It fell limp in his hand.
He looked at Blood Hound and laughed. "You lost me a lot of money, my friend." He held out his hand again, aiming it at Blood Hound. "You'd better get it back!"

Normally Justin would fight back, but with nothing to fight with, this seemed impossible, like it was. "Fine" Blood Hound said to the insane man. He might have met his match. But when he was about to turn, he saw a tree.'Goodie' He thought to himself.

Infrared eyed him suspiciously. "We can work together, you know. You and I... We'd make one HELL of a team."
He put his hand on Blood Hound's shoulder.
"I suggest you take my offer and stop plotting against me. It'll make things go alot easier."

Blood Hound knew that he was on trouble. He was never good at working with people (only animals), much less insane people. "We sure would." mumbled Justin. "But I refuse." He quickly popped a pill in the dogs mouths, and took out his whistle.

"Son of a..."
The dog was upon him, with so much strength it took him by surprise.
Can't make it explode, thought Infrared, Or else I'll go down with it!

His weakness was exploited. The explosions were large enough that, if close enough, he would take out himself as well. Justin ran back, out of sight. His dogs had to stay close range at all time. While one barked, one bit. But the steroids wouldn't last much longer.

Meanwhile, Rigby was coming to. He woke up, dazed and confused. He saw Infrared being attacked by Blood Hound's mutts. Of course, to Rigby, Infrared seemed like an innocent man.
Rigby stood. He concentrated, and found that he now had enough energy to transform again. And so he did.
Soon enough, he was back in water form. "Don't worry, dude!" he shouted at Infrared, "I'll save you!"

Water Man, while not a threat by himself, was a great 'team player'. Blood Hound could easily run away, leaving the dogs to fend for them self. But his bond was to close with them. And the steroids wouldn't last much longer. Letting the dogs retreat would just cause an explosion, so he had to choices, continue attacking the robed man, or attack Rigby. The whistle chimed an aggressive tone, and the two beast lunged at Water Man.

Infrared lay on the ground, bleeding tremendously. How wrong his plans had gone! Defeated by dogs. He was outraged. And so he sit there, motionless, staring at Rigby, a mere child trying to save him. He thought it was funny, but didn't dare to laugh. He'd just spit up more blood.
Rigby looked for something... anything... to increase his chances. Then he saw it. A manhole leading into the sewer. It was a long shot, but it was better than nothing. He launched his water form at it, hoping to knock it to the side. The dogs were almost at his location. He had to act fast.

The water came out to fast, and hit both the dogs with a "SNAP". The wolf took most of the blow, leaving the young husky paralyzed. On top of that the steroids just ran out. Justin ran toward the mutts at his top speed, even picking up the vulture. The man is the child's problem now.

Rigby watched Blood Hound retreat. He let him go. He didn't have the strength to deal with him right now.
Turning back to human form, he walked over to a telephone booth and dialed 911. "911, what's your emergency?" asked the lady on the other line.
"A man's been attacked. He's over at 8th street."
Rigby hung up the phone and walked home.
